1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or communicating with JBL Store Tanzania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Republic of Tanzania.

2. Authenticity & Products

All merchandise displayed on this platform is certified genuine, original Harman/JBL equipment. Products are sourced through official channels and provided in factory-sealed boxes accompanied by serial numbers and warranty registration documentation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All product prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TSh / TZS) and are inclusive of standard local taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before order fulfillment. Payment must be confirmed via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, Card, or approved Pay-on-Delivery terms prior to physical item handover.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon verified delivery handover in Dar es Salaam or upon handover to designated upcountry cargo carriers. We provide tracking documentation and insurance assistance for all transit.

5. Warranty & Liability

All brand new items carry our 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against factory defects. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, liquid ingress exceeding IP ratings, unauthorized repairs, or electrical surges.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of your purchases shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
