How to Factory Reset Your JBL Bluetooth Speaker
Turn the speaker ON. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up (+) and Play/Pause buttons for 5 seconds until the power button flashes and turns off. The speaker will forget paired phones and return to factory state.
How to Reset JBL Earbuds (Tune / Live / Wave Buds)
Place both earbuds securely into the charging case. Make sure the case has power. With the case lid open, press and hold the button on the back of the case (or tap and hold the touch sensors on both buds) for 10 to 15 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly.
How to Pair Multiple Speakers with Auracast™
Connect your phone via Bluetooth to the primary speaker. Press the dedicated Auracast / Broadcast button on the primary speaker. Then, press the Auracast button on all secondary speakers. They will sync together within 3 seconds.
